Mother Funkers - the unique and popular dance night for women who really miss having a good dance now and then, but just can’t do that late night thing any more. Starts early (7.30pm), finishes early (11.30pm), and does away with all the gruesome aspects of nightclubbing. Lovely. Nice dancing men who arrive with female friends were welcome… but definitely not obligatory.

Goodbye

Hundreds of women have passed through our various doors since November 2004 and come out smiling. We have used lovely venues with non-sticky dance floors, clean loos, and bars that sell decent wine at decent prices. And we thank them all for their help. Our intelligent DJs never called you 'laydeez'.
